About our Coffee
We roast high-quality arabica coffee beans from various regions across Central and South America. Before we begin our roasting process, all of our beans go through a strict testing and evaluation process. This includes making sure the farms are environmentally and socially responsible.
Our coffee is freshly roasted by our team of coffee experts in New Market, VA. The coffee is then sealed in high-quality bags for optimum freshness when it is finally delivered to your door.
For optimal freshness, we recommend that you store the coffee in a cool, dry place. Coffee does not actually go bad, but when exposed to oxygen it will oxidize and lose its freshness over time. For this reason, we recommend consuming our coffee within a month after opening.

Please email us at info@fyrfytrcoffee.com if you are not satisfied with the quality of your product and we will make sure your issue is resolved, corrected, or otherwise made right. We will gladly exchange the coffee for you. However, it must be unopened and sealed. Please mail the unopened and sealed coffee back to us at PO Box 233 Bridgewater, VA 22812, and please include the packing slip when sending the coffee. Once we receive it, we can switch it out for the correct coffee and ship it back to you. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the wrong item back to us.
We will gladly exchange the t-shirt for you. However, it must be unwashed. Please mail the unwashed t-shirt back to us at PO Box 233 Bridgewater, VA 22812, and please include the packing slip when sending the t-shirt. Once we receive it, we can switch it out for the correct size and ship it back to you. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the wrong t-shirt back to us.

Shipping And Delivery
Shipping prices start at $7.99 for Standard Shipping. The total shipping cost will be determined at checkout based on your location and order size.
All U.S. orders will ship via USPS or UPS. The carrier will depend on your location and the weight of the package. Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, holidays, and weather. However, we typically see domestic economy orders arrive within 5-8 business days and domestic standard orders arrive within 3-4 business days. If your purchase comes with free shipping, economy shipping will be selected for you.
Orders are typically packed for shipment within 48 hours from when the order is placed. This timeline may be affected by holiday volume in the months of November and December.
After we ship your order, you'll receive an email and text message with a tracking number so you can track your package and see the estimated date of delivery. Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier. Shipping times for domestic orders are approximately 5-8 business days for economy shipping and 3-4 business days for standard shipping. International orders are expected to arrive between 10-20 business days from fulfillment. National holidays and weather may affect both international and domestic shipping times.
Yes, we do. International shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your location and the weight of the package. Additional fees may be added to international orders according to local government.
Sometimes USPS will mark shipments as "delivered" and it will show up 1-2 business days later. If your order still has not arrived after 2 business days after the date that is is shown as delivered, please email us at info@fyrfytrcoffee.com.
We are sorry that you received your package damaged. Please take a photo of the item that is damaged and the packaging it arrived in, and email the photos to info@fyrfytrcoffee.com. Once we receive those photos, we will rectify the situation to the best of our ability.

Yes, it is. If you would like to create an account after you have a subscription, you can sign up for an account by making sure you use the same email address that you used when you signed up for the subscription. You can create a new account here.
Go to the account login page here. Once you are logged in, click "My Account" and then click "Manage Subscription" and it will redirect you to the manage subscription portal.
You can change how frequently you receive coffee by signing in here. After you enter the email and password associated with your subscription, you will click "My Account" and then "Manage Subscription." This will redirect you to the manage subscription portal. Under "Manage Subscriptions," choose "Manage this subscription" for the subscription you want to update. Here, you can adjust the frequency of your coffee deliveries.
Sign into your account here. Click on "My Account" and then "Manage Subscription." You'll see a link for "Address & payment details." Click on that link, and it will redirect you to the Manage Address portal. If you need to change the email associated with your account, you will need to email us at info@fyrfytrcoffee.com to update it.
